Pro-Filed is committed to providing educational and organizational insight about the IEP process through community-based outreach centers, informational videos, and donating to struggling and under-represented families with children in special education.
Our Founder
As founder of Pro-Filed, Mr. Kritzer’s 15 years in education helped address recurring issues that often led to immense frustration and delays. The seemingly endless paperwork requirements of special education produced numerous obstacles for families, educators, and districts. Organizational hiccups and inefficiency would lead to mistakes, lost paperwork, and endless filing. In collaboration with other educators, administrators, advocates, and families, Mr. Kritzer created a simple solution for these complex problems.
When developing Pro-Filed’s products, he considered those complex needs of families, staff, and district-wide systems. After 8 years in development, Mr. Kritzer was able to create a simple and effective organizational system that alleviates the frustration and extensive time requirements burdening the special education process. His commitment to advocacy helped fashion a comprehensive, powerful, and robust organizational tool that simplifies the management of the Individualized Education Program’s (IEP) paperwork.
